The report revealed relies on the world’s first international survey of ladies in whisky – Do You Even Like Whisky? The Limitations Holding Again Girls within the Trade – performed in July 2023 by the OurWhisky Basis.
Of the 600 feminine respondents – who characterize quite a lot of nations and job roles – 87% felt that they expertise extra challenges within the office than their male counterparts, with 89% agreeing that customers nonetheless extensively understand whisky to be a person’s drink.
